Anita J. Bizzotto
Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President

Anita J. Bizzotto was named Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President in September 2001. In this role, Bizzotto, a 31-year postal veteran, reports directly to the Office of the Postmaster General and is responsible for Sales, International Business, Customer Service, Product Development, Pricing and Classification and Advertising.

Bizzotto’s career has brought a unique and cooperative focus to the critical issues affecting the day-to-day relationship of commercial mailers with the Postal Service. Prior to being named to her current position, Bizzotto was the Vice President of Pricing and Classification, responsible for managing the pricing and classification policy for postal products and overseeing the reform of mailing regulations and pricing structures.

Bizzotto has held numerous positions, including General Manager of the Chicago Rates and Classification Center.  She also served as Manager, Business Mail Acceptance, in Marketing Systems, where she was responsible for oversight and policy relating to acceptance of bulk mail, rulings and appeals of classification issues, periodical and non-profit authorizations, and private express statute administration.

The recipient of several prestigious awards, Bizzotto has received the National Newspaper Association’s Chairman Distinguished Service Award in 1997 and the Graphic Communications Association’s Donald A. Mumma Award in 1995.  In 1998, she was the Postal Service’s Sloan Fellow and earned a Master of  Science degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College in Galesburg, IL.

 

Cathrine "Cat" Moriarty
Program Manager, Direct Mail

Cathrine "Cat" Moriarty serves as Program Manager in the Corporate Advertising Department at The United States Postal Service (USPS) headquarters in Washington, D.C.  Focusing her efforts on the Large Business sector, she develops and executes marketing plans to help senior level marketers maximize their communications plans using the products and services offered by the USPS.  In this role, she develops, creates and implements campaigns based on increasing consideration and use of Direct Mail.

Cat has been with the U.S. Postal Service since 1988, having gained relevant exposure and expertise in various fields including customer services, sales and acquisitions and most recently, segment advertising and marketing.  With this diverse background, Cat's focus is to grow and retain USPS customers by demonstrating the power of Direct Mail in maximizing brand loyalty, creating and sustaining customer retention and just as important, to create customer engagement.  Using research as a guide, she identifies and locates opportunities across different customer segments where Direct Mail can increase return on marketing investments.  As the new editor of the recently re-launched Deliver magazine and its new Web counterpart, delivermagazine.com, Cat will take this message to marketers across all disciplines and industry sectors. 

As an extension to the hard copy publication of Deliver, delivermagazine.com, with Cat at the helm, will provide current and prospective users of Direct Mail access to information that provides solutions to marketing topics such as how to boost sales, build brand loyalty and drive Web traffic and sales.

Cat earned her Bachelor of  Science degree from Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Conn., where she majored in Business and Marketing.  She is currently working toward a Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University, with an emphasis on Marketing Communications.

Cat enjoys playing golf and boating and when time allows, she continues to pursue her favorite hobbies, which are drawing and painting.  She also enjoys relaxing time with friends and family, including her mom and dad who live in Florida.  Cat resides in Maryland and is the proud parent of her "spoiled" dog, Bodhi.  

 

Jeremy Morris
Senior Vice President, Director of Publishing

Jeremy Morris, SVP, Director of Publishing leads Campbell-Ewald Publishing, one of the nation’s largest custom publishers and a division of Campbell-Ewald, a leading advertising and marketing services agency.

Jeremy is responsible for managing branded content programs (print and web) for clients including USPS, Lowe’s, Farmers Insurance, Chevrolet, GMAC and GM.

Prior to joining Campbell-Ewald in 2004, Jeremy was Director of Publishing at MMP Custom Media, Minneapolis, where he launched and managed a number of custom content programs.

A native of the UK, Jeremy has lived and worked in the US for the past 8 years. He initially came to North America as a member of the team that launched Redwood Custom Communications in Toronto. He has a 20-year background in media, marketing and publishing.
